Cancellation Policy
At Mermaid & Bear Pet Concierge, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we can continue to provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

14+ Days: Full credit of the total cost to be applied to future bookings.
14 Days-72 Hours: 50% credit of the total cost to be applied to future bookings.
Less than 72 Hour: No credit to be applied.

Credits will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
No refund or credit will be issued for the nonrefundable $50 booking fee.

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
